“life should be lived in the grey area, don’t define your world in black and white”

Per usual I’ve been in deep thought and my outfit is a representation of what’s been on my mind lately.

As I inch closer to my graduation date, I’ve introduced self-inflicted pressure in my life. The question “what’s next after graduation?” has plagued my thoughts.

I wish I could affirmatively say what I plan to do post-graduation but I can’t. I have to remind myself that, “Fatiyha, it’s okay to not have it all figured out, that the beauty of life and your personal journey is the mystery of it all”.

So I’ve adopted to live my life in the grey area and I’ve rejected my previous way of thinking, the need to definitively define my life in black and white.

That it’s okay to not have a detailed plan, a step by step of my every career move. That as long as I have an idea of what I’d like to do, that it’s motivated and centered around my passion, I will be alright after graduation. That most importantly my passion will fuel me towards making my dreams a reality and my drive won’t allow me give up until I see my dreams into fruition.

Until next time…I’m currently loving monochromatic looks this season, the key is choosing one color that compliments you and selecting pieces with various textures to break up the monotony
